Lou has helped us immensely with our dog. We have been in contact with her even before bringing him home, and she has been an incredible support through every experience with Pippo. She listens and understands us, especially during moments of frustration and stress, and we know we can count on her at any time.
Honestly, without her guidance, it would have been much harder to enjoy and train Pippo using positive and respectful methods. Thank you so much for your constant support!
